Not only do I collect quotes, I distribute them too.  To get a copy
of my  Tar'd compress'd quotes, use anonymous ftp to

cs.ubc.ca

they're in /ftp/pickup/harrison as quotes.tar.Z

I'm also interested in receiving any collections from other people.  I
currently have a "format" devised that should allow files of quotes
to be reformatted an sortable with little storage overhead.  The main
concern I had when I started to collect quotes was that the quotes files
look like a collection of quotes, but at the same time have a 
machine recognizable format that would assist in their being resorted.
