Does anyone have any information about the design or theory behind the
Bose Acoustic Wave Cannon subwoofer? It appears to be a driver of about
12 inches diameter loaded on both sides with open ended cylindrical
tubes, but I have no idea about how it works. I have heard rumors that
the sensitivity is about 9-11 db higher than that of an average driver,
can these be true? Can Anyone give me any information about such a
design?

Thanks in advance,
