Walt Cooney, a member of the Baton Rouge Astronomical Society, discovered four new asteroids, currently designated 1999 FC, 1999 FD, 1999 FE, and 1999 FF, on the night of March 15th, 1999, while using the BREC, LSU, BRAS Highland Road Park Observatory's 20 inch Ritchey-Chretien f/8.1 telescope and Apogee AP7 CCD camera. This brings the total number of asteroid discoveries made at the Observatory since it began operation in May 1998 to 31. You can find more info on the discoveries and our regular asteroid astrometry work on the Observatory's web site. Pages which returns ephemerides for any or all of the new discoveries can also be found on the web site. -- Frederick J.
