Need code for virtual hd drive

Hi,

I need some (c-)code for somehow emulating harddrives, so that you
would have a file on your c-drive, and a device driver or something
like that would use that file to store all information for a d-drive
in it, in such a way that all software thinks there actually is a
_physical_ second (or 3rd etc) harddrive..
Why?
SFS, (securefilesystem : a util for encrypting your hd) currently
requires you to create an addictional partition.
Although that is not so hard, there is always a slight danger of
data-loss, and more importantly, Norton's Diskreet also does not
require you to create an additional harddrive, and that ease-of-use
might persuade people to use it instead of sfs, which offers
*immensly* better encryption.
If I can get that code, the author of sfs has said he'll include it in
the program.
Please respond via e-mail.
