Core RSA functionality in PGP?

Hi all,
I need just RSA encryption and decryption functionalities. No key
generation or padding stuff at all.
For this purpose I think of modifying PGP 2.6.3i version. Any pointers
on how to do that. Is there a readily available package.

As far as I understand calling PGP mpi module functions with proper
parameters should be enough.
I have an array of hex values as RSA key components. How can I
convert this array into PGP internal mpi format, it has to be
something in the library I guess. By the way I'll test it with a big
endian machine.

Thanks.
