OK, I'm reporting - what advice do I need and from whom?  Should I
report to the nearest re-education center so that I can get rid of the
silly idea that people should be free to use cyptography without
government interference?

Looking at the U.S. government's habit of deciding how to run the
world and using force to implement the decisions, this is not a
very accurate description, though there's a point.

I don't know details of the Black freedom struggle civil disobedience,
but Gandhi-style civil disobedience about cryptography could be an
option.
