I do not think it is a good idea. There is no reason to have that huge a key database. Also, it is possible to post fraud keys. It is not worth it. But having a newscroup to post compromised keys is OK. Normally you always can exchange keys in advance when you send mail, and lots of people have started to put it in their .plan file, so just giving them the finger will help :-) -- Povl H.
