Has anyone made RIPEM successfully for ISC 3.0?  I have tried doing a
"make sco" with no success (I get syntax errors in rsaref.h) ..though
the make in ../test did succeed, and rdemo appears to be work.  I'd
love to get a copy of a working .../main/makefile for ISC.
