Hi! Recently a problem was driving me nearly nuts. I wanted to create some graphics in CorelDraw 3.0 and import it into Word 6.0a. It just didn't work. The graphics consisted of an extrusion group and 4 text objects (I don't know the English description for it, it's the one you create in CD3 by dragging the mouse instead of just clicking). I tried to include it as *.CDR and as *.WMF. Both wouldn't work. The text was not scaled and positioned correctly and the whole picture looked totally messed up. Another problem: I drew some circles in CD3, grouped some of them into some 4-5 groups (to represent the Bohr atomic model), repositioned the groups and everything looked fine in CD3. I loaded the picture as *.WMF in Word and one group was not where it should have been. It was just positioned somewhere else. It was OK when I included it as *.CDR. Anyone encountered these effecte before? Any workarounds? Please reply by email as well, since my newsreader has the unpleasant habit of deleting many messages before I can read them when I return to work after the weekend on Wednesday.
