Usining WPWin95 the Send option works for me, but I don't have
GroupWise.  The Send selection asks if I want to us the MS Exchange mail
settings, which I do, then the MS Messaging window opens with the
current document attached.

You should probably review all of your MS Exchange or Messaging profiles
to determine the cause.
