Footnotes and margins In WP8?

How can I make the margins in footnote correspond to margins in the whole
document? Problem is that when I change document margins, footnote-margins
still keep their default position. This is acute only with the first line of
the footnote - or more precisely, not with the line itself, but with the
number of footnote - it just won't move.

Footnotes use the margin settings that are the "default" settings for the
document, i.e., those that are set by the template/document style. Subsequent
margin changes within the body of the document have no effect on footnote
margins. (The same is true for headers and footers).

So, there are two ways to change the footnote margins. One is to change the
margins for the entire document by setting new margins in the document style.
The other way is to put in margin changes WITHIN the footnote itself. If you
use the latter method, you will need to do the margin change in every footnote.
You can do that by changing the system footnote style.

The way to adjust footnote margins is by going into footnote options (click
footnote, then click options). Generally, this should be done at the beginning of
your document. In the dialog box there is a button about "in the note" which
basically lets you edit the style of all footnotes in that document. You can
change fonts, margins, etc. in that editor. To change margin, click format on the
tool bar, then margins and make your adjustments.
