Can somebody recommnded a speach pathologist located in Central or North Jerrsey specializing in chldren delayed speach. We have 3 year old already evaluated by a neurologit. He prescribed the usual tests inluding MRI which they all came out negative. We have beeb given no diagnosis--except develomentally delayed in speach, and some motor skills. The child walked late, and does not say any words. Now he makes severl sounds. he has said some words in the past, but stopped. he seems to understand instructions.
