You did something evil and so GOD has punished you
with diabetes. You may have done this evil in a former life.

To get rid of diabetes, you should visit church every day AND
you must donate all your money to charity!!!

Diabetes is the Wrath of GOD and you need to pay back your
debt!!!

Which god, which church..... jeez, I'm not a mind reader. You probably meant 
that one true god... but which one true god? .... there's a bunch of em. 
Anyway, if I start giving money to one god won't all the other ones get 
jealous and demand that I give them some, too?
