Actually, I just moved here 3 months ago. It's one of the few
neighborhoods in SF I can afford to live and still maintain my own
place. Drive-bys happen all over The City, though, unless you live in
Pacific Heights, you can't really get away from them 100%. 

I just got back from my friend's place accross the street. He called
me
to make sure I was ok and I went over to his place for a little while.
He had some good bud...it was nice....
