While there may be some people who are as you say, there are others,
me included, who are not like that, and still feel that some of the
users of anon newsservers are cowards because they intend solely to
harrass and abuse.

The only times I have ever complained to an ISP regarding an
individual is when that individual is either engaging in clearly
abusive or criminal behavior. 

There was also one time when a poster was clearly suicidal, and
fortunately they were not using an anon newsserver anbd I and several
dozen others reported this to the SysAmin and she was found before it
was too late. 

If there is a poster who writes bullshit, I tell them that it is
bullshit, and show them why. If they still post bullshit, then they
are just clueless and will always be so. I never have a problem with
that.
