For a my Computing A-Level Coursework I have been asked to create a program
of my choice. There are no limits on what my project can be about except
that I must have a client for my program. For example, if I did a database
of subscribers to a magazine then I could use a magazine publisher as my
client. Any ideas will be greatfully received.
Thanks.

Write a program to randomly generate ideas for programs.
