Sometimes I will become Attila the Hun and run around screaming, with
a sword in my hand, and I will hack everything I see.

Then I will change back to Socrates and regret the mess I did.

What can I do ?

   get rid of the sword before you kill someone with it for starters and
seek some help. and find a way to unleash your barried hostility. before you
