Image FX will deinterlace an already grabbed image this may or may not fix
your problem it depends on how diffrent the fields are.  In Opalpaint there
is a very handy deinterlace tool that lets you choose odd or evens fields to
duplicate (making a stable image) or even an interpolation of the two fileds
taking the midpoint of both. this is a good way to soften an image without
loosing detail that only exista on one field but is still a compromise.  A
timebase corrector will also be a big help when grabbing a moving image it
makes sure all the equipment is working togeather in phase. This is not
necessarily technically correct so dont flame me but it is a good thing to
have if you can afford one.  There is no solution if the image is distorted
