Windows program that can open IFF format graphics with more than 8 planes?

First off - apologies for the cross post - I tried to pick only those amiga
groups that sounded like they might be relevant to the query in general, and
have set the followup to myself and comp.sys.amiga.graphics ..

A friend of mine has a large collection of IFF files from his old Amiga, but
unfortunately they're more than 8 planes and PaintShopPro 5 and 6 will not
open them. Does anyone know of any other PC utilities that will open and/or
convert Amiga (EA?) IFF files?
