Is there a site where you can download any version of MacTCP?  A
customer that I'm helping setup seems to have a corrupt version of
MacTCP, and I would like to re-install it.  Also, what are the essential
files for MacTCP, and where do they go?  One more thing, I would like to
get the local talk icon out of the MacTCP setup window.  Which file
should I be looking for and where?  Thanks For all your help.  Please
