Apologies to all who believe this article doesn't belong here. Please provide 
me with a more appropriate news group.

I trying to convert text files from the Macintosh to the IBM. The files are 
written in WriteNow. This program allows to save files in RTF format. However, 
to do so requires each document and save it as RTF format. As I have zillions 
of these documents to convert I am looking for a program that would do that for 
me. There must be a way to automat this long process.

Further, when i went ahead and converted important files manually, I couldn't 
save them properly on the IBM formatted diskette. After saving the first file 
successfully, it would tell me for subsequent files that they already exist on 
the disk (which is not true). Saving them anyway, replaces different files 
though. In conclusion, I only seem to be able to save one file, bring it to the 
IBM and continue with the next file rather than doing batches. I did notice 
funny files on the fresh disk : Apcinfo (???)
Can you offer me any help on this?
