I got so annoyed with it ... [some time around OS9? when it reckoned it could evolve, from a simple functional FIND utility, and got silly pictures, and channels (whatever they were), and other things that got under my (none-too-thick) skin] ... that it goes straight to the bin whenever I install. And it DOES go quietly - and cops it sweet, no smell! Tell me, Annie, what am I missing? Nikki
