Hi All;

I have a text I want to print out onto A4 paper so that one page is on
the left and the other is on the right. So when I fold the A4 paper in
half it turns into a A3 book.

How do I do this in Claris OfficeWorks/AppleWorks 6?

Not hard at all. It's actually in the printer driver software. For a
LaserWriter (or any PostScript printer), use the LaserWriter 8.5 Chooser
Extension (or the Adobe one which'll also do this) or later which can
print 1 to 8 pages per sheet of A4.

And I think you mean an A5 book.

Hi RD;

Yes, I do mean A/B5. Thanks for the info. I only have an Imagewriter 2
:< But do have ghostscript. So was able to print to a file then use it
to convert the postscript to pdf and print that.

Playing around with a test document took me a while to get the margins
rights thou :>

Thanks again.
