This is suprising to me. I ordered an LC 475 (yeah I know, but I had a Performa 405 before :) from them a while ago. They took my call quickly, were very friendly, and got the thing on my doorstep the next day. I had also ordered a Supra modem before that, it took them a while to get it shipped (a week) but they did ship it, and were more than happy to tell me why it wasn't being shipped (out of stock) When you have a big company, they are bound to slip up.
