I've had real good experiences with MacMall. I've ordered more than several thousand dollars worth of equipment over the last three years, and had very few problems. They even took back a SyQuest drive that went on the fritz on replaced it for only a few bucks. It's been my experience that you have to research what you're buying, you can't expect them to actually understand everything about all systems. You guys who expect bottom dollar and top technical service crack me up - get real! Do some research and then make an educated buy.
