I ordered a PowerUser 14.4 modem from them. The modem has been great but the software was on a HD disk and I couldn't use it. They didn't have the same software on low den disks, but would have been more than happy to give me my money back (their suggestion). They said that a tech help person would call me and they did. I have no problem ordering anything from MacWarehouse because I know they'll do right by me. Steve goaway@frii.com
