    Non-satisfied customers will be given a full refund within 15 days of
logging on.

If you don't see any area code that fits your customers location, vendors
can still make use of this offer by having their customers use a dial-up
network connection that supports TCP/IP with a local access number in their
customers area code, and subcribers will be redirected to the login screen
via separate DNS parameters. Detailed instructions come with the
installation CD, and the JPS Technical Support staff will be more than ready
to assist subscribers.

    This ISP software can be bundled with any of your OEM software packages.
ISP services are billed at $99 per year. Suggested markup for units loaded
with the setup software copied to the hard drive is $90 per unit. Under the
license agreement, vendors may make copies of the CD to distribute with any
other software they release for a suggested markup of $30 per unit (if the
vendor chooses the non-copy option.) If the vendor is unable to make copies
of the software, we can arrange to have copies mailed to the vendor at a
cost of $1.65 each. Software is available for PC and MAC.

    The license agreement fee for this software package is $149 if charged
to your VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card. You may also
pay via check or money order for $139. Software will be shipped within 6-10
days after payment verification.

    As an added incentive, each vendor licensee gets a one-year free
Internet account to sign on to for themselves or for someone else.
