I've got two Compaq ProLiant 6400R servers for sale. They have:

o Dual Pentium III Xeon 550MHz with 2MB L2 writeback cache per processor
o Support for up to 4 Pentium III processors
o 1GB of ECC protected buffered EDO DIMM memory expandable to 4GB
o Six 64-bit PCI slots: 5 PCI Hot Plug and 1 shared PCI/ISA
o Integrated Dual-Channel Wide-Ultra SCSI-3 Controller
o Compaq NC3131 Fast Ethernet NIC 64 PCI Dual Base 10/100 upgradeable to
Gigabit
o Internal Hot Plug Drive Storage of up to 145.6 GB (no drives included)
o 4U (7") Rack-Ready (rack only)

These are the top-of-the line ProLiant 6400R's; the ones that include
the Redundant Processor Power Modules and both of the redundant 450-Watt
Hot Plug Power Supplies.

We bought these servers only 8 months ago and we paid $19,423 each. I'm
selling them for $9,700 each (obo), 50% of what we paid for them and I'm
including for free with each server:

o Compaq CarePaq 4 Hour On-Site Service, 24 Hour x 7-Day Coverage, 3
Years; Compaq covers all parts and labor for these servers until June
2003 and the coverage is 24/7 with a four hour response. (we paid $1,795
ea)

o Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 (we paid $669 ea)

So, we paid $43,774 for the pair and you can have them for $9,700 each
(or best offer). I had four and already sold two of them. Make me an
offer!

Additional information on these servers is available from Compaq's web
site: <http://www.compaq.com/products/servers/proliant6400R/>.

Look for Compaq Part# 388394-003 ProLiant 6400R 6/550-2MB Model 2-1024
in the QuickSpecs.
