The thing that EVERYBODY forgets to do is after you change the url in the box or/to make it a default URL, whicheverone you choose, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND HIT APPLY! otherwise all your changes are for naught. I actually accused a tech support person of doing that on purpose. I had to apologize to them when he told me what I was doing wrong, but DAMN! I was glad to find that out! Also there is malware that keeps changing the tool bars too, and there is no easy way to get rid of that, even by modifying the registry, but there is a command called FORMAT that usually takes care of that...and everything else too, unfortunately.
