But if you read the post carefully he wants to change the "default" page (normally Microsoft with unbrandend Windows installs, or Dell in this case). This can only be changed by editing the registry. Do a search for "dellnet.com" in the registry and change it there. Remember to back up your registry first if you are not familiar with what you are doing.
