Stb Blackmagic 12Mb question

I recently heard that Gateway can supply this card to their machines,
only salesrep. couldn't tell me detailed stuff about this card.

I would like to know if this card is the original stb card, can't
figure out how they could Oem a 3dfx card, but still i want to be sure
i get a 'fullblown' card like when i would buy it say from Diamond or
Creative.
I now use the reference drivers from 3dfx for my own diamond voodoo2,
can i do that to the Blackmagic too?

And will this card also run in a possible non gateway??

Thanks in advcance,
Leo

Ditto. If you already have Battlezone, the OEM version is the better deal,
as G-Police makes a better coaster than a game.

The only thing you don't get are the bundled games. My retail STB BM came
with G-Police and Battle zone.

I got the BlackMagic 12MB and works without a glitch
with the latest 3Dfx drivers which are faster than
the one from STB.

The blackmagic is a regular retail card that will work in any computer.

I'm not sure of the driver issue, but gateway supplies the ones you need.

I just got a new 450xl with the STB V2 SLI and updated the drivers to be the
3dfx drivers with no problems.

regards.
