Yes, I know that it is not difficult to install a SCSI adapter.
However, I am investigating this for a purchase by my sister. She wants
a prepackaged system and does not want to install anything inside the case.

She will be getting a heavily loaded Pentium 133, as she will likely
(ab)use the system for years to come. As of this moment, the choice seems
to be between Gateway and Micron.

I noticed that Micron has systems prepackaged with the Buslogic BT 946C
and Gateway offers the option of the Adaptec 2940.

In the hardware compatability list for Win 95, Microsoft indicated some
anamolies for the Adaptec 2940, but none for the Buslogic 946C.

What have been your experiences with these systems?

Do you know if Gateway or Micron offer other options for SCSI?
