I hear Seong-Yo bitchin' about Micron, but I know that my roommate and I own three Micron computers and they have not given us any problems and we have been very happy with our purchase (even though my roommate now wants to buy a Mac). As for cheaper part, Seong-Yo-do you know what Microns have and what Gateways have?? Microns uses Vibra 16's (Creative Labs) and Gateway uses Eqsonics-I guess that they didn't want to spend the extra cash to get Soundblaster. As for customer service, as soon as I bought my computer and it was shipped to me, I broke off the monitor stand (because I didn't read the directions) and then I called Micron and they sent me a new one in two business days!!! My roommate and I also got money back because they dropped their prices within 30 days of our purchase-I got $200 back and my roommate got more-and he was the one bitchin' about Gateway's customer service!!!!!!
