D.C. area)) the prices for both memory and CPUs were easily 10% to 20% LESS than those advertised here on the Net. I bought both a 166MHz Pentium and 32Mbytes of parity SIMMS from a local shop there, popped them into the MB, and I was a happy camper. Pushed the memory to 60ns from its rated 70ns and was STILL a happy camper. I saved approximately 18% on the memory, not sure what on the CPU. And they were name-brand SIMMS, too, Kingston and PNY.
