I bought my Micron (Model 433 Vl, a 486 DX 33) almost 2 years ago. About
6 months after I got it, The floppy drive went south (read/write head was
crashing on the disks). I called Micron on on a Wenesday at around 2 pm,
By that Friday afternoon, I had a new Floppy in my system. I should note
though, that I only live about 500 miles south of the factory.

I must say that I am very happy with Micron and If I don't build my own
next time, Then I will get a Micron again.
