CMOS battery going...?

Kevin,
(or anyone who knows for that matter)
I've recently started to experience problems upon booting up my
approximately 3 yr. old Zeos 486-100 w/Martin motherboard. To make a
long story short, the cause is that the info in CMOS is getting reset
to default settings, rather than what I need them to be setup with, so
I have had to go into setup and reset them to get the system to boot
properly. Apparently, the system battery is going and the info is
getting lost (correct?). If this is the cause, could you tell me what
battery I need to get to replace the one on my system -- size/type,
etc. as I'd like to go out and get it beforehand and not have to tear
it apart and go into the case more than once. Anything else I should
know regarding this little operation??

Thanks....
