how can I avoid ROM footprint at E000-E7FF?

I have a two-month old Pantera Pentium-66 with a Cobra motherboard. I just
had occasion to take a look at my UMB area and noticed that I am "missing" 32K
-- there are two 16K areas of Adaptec ROM at E000 and at E400. I'm guessing
this is related to the on-board SCSI support but, if so, as I don't have the
SCSI chip installed/enabled I see no reason to give up 32K of UMB.
Anyone know how can I "recover" my 32K?

There were some people discussing this a while back, and I do believe their
solution was to simply use the include statement with emm386, for those memory
ranges, since they too, were not using scsi. Don't ask me why it defaults to
wasting that mem space, but, as I recall, they had no problems created by
using the include.
