off to a terrifically technical start:

with dectape drives in cabinets mounted like so:

A B
C D

run a tape from drive C to drive D, running over the heads
heads of drive A and B.

next (on TS8) access drives C and D from two different terminals,
cower behind console terminal waiting for the inevitable 
startrek-like explosion.  but it never happens, because

dectapes are almost as strong as duct tape.
