There is a NetBSD port to Sun 360, but not Sun 3/80.
I believe the rumor was that scsi driver was not terrific
( this impression is about a year old.) I tried it.
It didn't seem to offer any advantages over Sunos 4.1.1_U1.

However, it is source, with some documentation therefore of
the hardware on Sun3's.
