Hi, The power supply from my Sun has broken down. When I came into my computer room I found it very quiet and I find out that the sun was dead. I think that some condensator has burned out. When I turn the power on the fan, that is the only part I have connected to the power supply, wants to start but some how it just don't get enough power to start. When I give the fan a turn with my finger it starts to run. Also there is something on the power supply that click's al the time. When it click's the power change from 12 V DC to 0 and back. I think, but I don't know very mutch about this stuff, that because the condensator is broken the power supply doesn't have enough power (A) to start. Everytime when something pulls a lot of power the Volts go down. I considering to buy a new power supply but what kind of supply do I have to buy? I have a type 300-1055-07. When I look in a hardware faq I don't find that type only the follow types: 300-1028 176W Sun-3 shoebox PS, 5 taps (California DC) 300-1045 134W Sun-3 shoebox PS, 4 taps (Computer Products (Boschert)) 300-1080 60W shoebox power supply 300-1105 44W shoebox power supply Or do I need a other? I live in the Netherlands so we have 220V here. I got the types from the follow site: http://msowww.anu.edu.au/~kim/faq/part7 I hope someone can help me. Roel rvilleri@xs4all.nl

Get in touch with Shahir Rajabzadeh (shahir@flash.net) - he has a bunch of
these power supplies (type 300-1055, which fit the 'lunchbox'-style cases
used for the IPC, IPX, LC and LX machine) for sale, so you can probably
arrange to buy one (or a couple) from him.
Regards,
Craig.
