********* PC-Signal Generator based on Direct Digital Synthesis!!!!!!! ***********
For those of you out there who struggled until now to build a precise and reliable NF/IF/HF source, my latest developement may be of interest:
- short PC plug in card
- a 50 Mhz DDS Generator (based on AD7008)
- 32 Bit resolution (0,011641532Hz!!!!)
- Frequ. output 0,011Hz to 15Mhz (20Mhz is possible)
- output power >13dBm into 50 Ohm
- 4 channel 12 Bit A/D converter (with pre-amps )
- high purity signal
- Test SW available ( incl. Pascal Source code, allowing for
fixed frequency setup and A/D test)
- Wobbulator SW allowing for any start/stopp frequency
build in adaptable error correction (non linearity of Demodulator heads)
Precise Raster Display to show all 4 channels in different colors
(resolution 1Hz!)
Power level readout (resolution 1dB)
This card is useful for (but not limitted to):
- NF-Testing (HiFi Bandwith, NF Filters)
- IF- Testing (smallest christal filters can be expanded over the total PC screen)
- HF Testing (Receiver Input Filters)
- VHF and UHF Testing with external mixers
- Reference Signal for High Resolution PLL circuits
The following complete support is available:
1) complete 76 page cookbook describing all chips and circuit details
( circuit discription is available in english and german)
Book comes with Test SW.
2) professional PC board with soldering stop and Parts layout
3) Wobbulator SW
4) Complete Kits
5) Assembled and tested ready to plug in cards
