I am doing a little research project in one of my undergraduate level courses (the course is called "the culture of technology"). I am investigating the impact of technology on entertainment based on the question: "how has technology changed our definition of entertainment?", which, right now, remains very broad in its scope (i.e., technology in general or specific technological artifacts or even how technology has affected the goals of entertainment ...). I am having quite a bit of difficulty finding sources of information! (Why though, is beyond me, since this should be a well discussed topic). Could you please help me by directing me to books, periodical articles, etc. (anything really) that talk specifically about technology and entertainment? Personal opinions about how technology has affected the way you view entertainment would also be a bonus! Please direct anything you think of to alt.technology.misc or send it directly to me via personal e-mail. Thanks a bundle!!! Chris Lemay u9011500@muss.cis.mcmaster.ca (OR: lemay@fhs.csu.mcmaster.ca)
