As I stare out my office window and observe the tree in the court yard
I wonder if I should reject it because it grew up different than me.
I wonder if it rejects me for the same reason. Yet we occupy the same
court yard space from time to time. It brings me morning doves and
humming birds to remind me that I am alive and that I am one with the
vast universe, what a treasure for my heart. I bring it good thoughts
and awareness that it is alive and we are not separate but one.

Another thought... Women who reject male-to-female transsexuals in
women only spaces are behaving like men that create hierarchies to
establish rank to feed their needy egos or am I out in left
transgendered field?

Male-to-female transsexuals looking overly made up and dressed in
inappropriate style are really female brains unfolding in a second
puberty. What a privilege to watch such a rare flower bloom. Feed it
healing love and watch it change colors and forms before your very
eyes. Take love from the space and watch YOUR own soul dry out and
crack as the flower dies before your eyes as would mine own if I cut
down the tree in my office court yard.

BTW, would some one mention what 'motss' stands for, I haven't a clue.

But you are not a tree, are you? You are not the same thing, right? I'm not
flaming you - I just hope you realise that this is really not a very good
comparison.

I think the fact that Lucy is not a tree is the point -- they
are two different entities and yet seems able to coexist. It is
more of a metaphor for living in harmony with all living things
rather than an analogy, since for the analogy to be accurate, the
tree would have to be sentient and be *capable* of expressing
like or dislike.

Many people never grow up. They stay all their lives with a
passionate need for external authority and guidance, pretending not
    to trust their own judgement.
