I currently work in warehousing and am looking to move into call centre
work and as such am about to do a call centre course but i thought
might as well apply for call centre jobs.

But as i have did mostly warehousing work i'm not sure what to write
as a cover letter, i do have counter sales experience as part of
working in a warehouse but that about it.

This is what i currently have it isn't that great.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've worked in two call centres in my life-- here in the 'States, mind
you-- and my experience has shown that you can walk in off the street
wearing a do-rag and torn up jeans falling down past your knees,
without fresh deodorant or a grasp of the English language, and curse
your way into a job that has a turnover rate of 80-99% over a 90-day
period.

Maybe it's different where you are.

The Casino? Let's do that instead. The city anyway?

Ivor Longhorns enthused:

"The Casino? Lets do that instead. The city anyway?"

Yeah, but how can I inflict multiple stab wounds with so many people
milling about?

Don't worry: I'm as safe as the wonderful and gentle Leonard Cohen: He
killed his wife with an axe in the late 60s early 70s. They had both
been tripping for weeks.
Yup: Leonard Cohen *is* an axe-murderer. His music improved after he
gave wifey the chop: it became darker, more maudlin, very melancholy,
eg., "Songs of Love and Hate." Great album.

Stick it in ya family, Al--*bum*

Cheers, me frightened little lambie

To Ivor-

I'm going into alt.writing; Fat-head ticked me off: sed I wasn't
entertaining him.
*ENVY* I calls it.

But to alt.writing I go, with my bat and balls.
