I have Liveware 3.0
In the registry is the biggest part the key 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Creative Tech\Devcon\ConfigSets
There are the presets for 2speaker/4speaker/surround/headphones
saved.
Ypu can save a snapshot of this part and delete the unneccessary 3
trees out of 4.
You will save around 1 Megbyte (exported .reg-file will be around 3
MB)

The much bigger part of the liveware3 is the trash which will be
installed in the "Program Files". After cleaning up all demos, zipping
all registry files (*.sea and *.reg) and removing the
"Update-&registration-trash" my complete (!!) Liveware 3.0 is only
40MB - that's ok for me.
