InnoculateIT at www.antivirus.cai.com is great.  Updates all the time
with new data files (at least weekly) and is totally completely free. 
I've been using it for over a year and a half now and will NOT use
anything else.  It's also supposed to be compatible with WinME as well
according to user reports on the MS newsgroups.
