You don't want to use Sysmon since it gives a very erroneous reading of CPU
usage (usually at or near 100%).

You want to get Wintop. It is part of the Kernel Powertoys listed as
"Windows 95 Program Monitor ("top")".

After expanding W95KRNLTOYS.EXE, install Wintop with the Wintop.inf file.
