Working codenames for all versions of Windows

Could someone mail me a complete list of codenames for all the versions 
of Windows before they were released? Ie: NT is Cairo, Windows '95 is 
Chicago, Windows '96 is Nashville etc.

Along with this, if you can think up of any historical references to 
these place names that have a evil/negative twist to it, list it also.. 
ie: Chicago was the home of some of the most power and well known 
Gangsters in the US.
