Well, if we're talking about the article in Wired, actually it did not itself reveal any details of the crime, only about how the gag order was being gotten around. And, of course, Wired is an American publication and if the Canadians want to censor it, that's their problem. As for the information that is on the Internet, that is an international forum that is available for accessing. If Canadians access information that an American or Japanese or British citizen posts their, that is their responsibility. As a member of a society that still believes in the primacy of freedom of expression and the importance of an informed citizenry, I have no plans to censor myself to make the Canadian government happy.
