Excuse me, but the word FACT hit one of my hot buttons.  Isn't the heart of
the matter the idea that "facts" admissible in one legal hearing/ trial/
whatever can be ruled inadmissible in another?  The courts in both Canada and
the US, rightly or wrongly, have rules about what "facts" the juries are to be
allowed to hear.

So: are those people in favour of removing the ban also in favour of
forbidding exclusion of evidence?  or at least, seriously revamping them?

This is *not* a rhetorical question.
